I'm taking advantage of the free hi-speed WiFi service in my hotel room. Processing photos of the trip thus far has consumed several hours already. But not nearly as much as driving has.

Here are a couple of pictures while I prepare the rest of the album.







Standing between sand dunes on the beach there, both I and my camera took a heavy beating from the wind and the blowing sand. I'd say these shots were worth both that punishment and the torture done to my stomach from having skipped dinner...
